Quality Plan

In SES quality check is a continuous process. Quality check is done at every stage from design to Execution. Design quality is check for – System design, structural stability, Material quantity & in fabrication drawing. Quality check is done at the time of receiving material from various vendors e.g. aluminium profiles straightness, coating finish, glass thickness, its specification as per tender document, Hardware finishes, its workability etc. Quality check is done at the time of panel fabrication for its accuracy, finish etc. A random panel’s are checked by quality engineers. Quality check is also done at site for perfect installation and appropriate usage of material as specified in tender document.
